Juan Giraldo is the founder of Giraldo Capital and leads the firm’s real estate investment strategy and decision-making. Drawing on his background in construction, real estate brokerage, and investment, he evaluates acquisitions, guides capital allocation, and sets the firm’s long-term direction. Juan is a licensed real estate broker in New York.

Brach Shubin

Director of Investments

Brach Shubin leads acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets at Giraldo Capital across the New York metropolitan area. He oversees deal sourcing, underwriting, and financing for renovation and development projects. He graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Institutions.
